Giant Eagle Inc., a prominent Midwest food retailer, has announced a significant shift in its business strategy by entering a definitive agreement to sell its GetGo Café +Markets business to Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. This acquisition will involve approximately 270 GetGo locations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and Indiana, each known for high-quality, made-to-order food offerings.
