Instacart, Chase Roll Out New Cashback Offer for Grocery Purchases

Instacart and Chase have teamed up to introduce a lucrative 10% cashback offer for grocery purchases to millions of Chase credit and debit card holders. This initiative is part of a promotional campaign that runs until October 30, aiming to enhance customer savings and engagement within both companies’ offerings.

Kirstie McCarter, senior director at Instacart, highlighted the long-standing partnership with Chase, stating, “We’ve been collaborating with Chase to bring the benefit of Instacart to card members for years, and now we’re introducing new savings opportunities.” This new cashback offer expands on previous successful collaborations, including a two-year program that attracted a significant number of new Instacart+ subscribers.

Chase’s Rich Muhlstock expressed excitement about this initiative, which signals a new chapter in their partnership. The cashback is designed to appeal to cardholders using Instacart for everything from routine grocery shopping to unexpected household needs. Eligible customers can activate the offer through the Chase mobile app, making it easy to earn up to $60 in cash back.

In addition to this promotion, Instacart and Chase continue to offer a co-branded Mastercard, which rewards users with points on all Instacart purchases. With over 1,500 retail partners and access to more than 85,000 stores across North America, Instacart is well-positioned to serve a broad customer base while providing attractive benefits that cater to modern shopping habits.
