SleekFlow Secures USD $7 Million in Series A+ Funding Round

SleekFlow, a Singapore-based company recognized for its innovative Omnichannel Conversational AI Suite, has successfully raised USD $7 million in a Series A+ funding round. The investment was primarily led by Atinum Investment, a venture capital firm from South Korea. This latest funding boosts SleekFlow’s total financial backing to USD $15 million, demonstrating strong confidence from investors in the company’s vision and capabilities.

This funding round also included contributions from key existing investors such as AEF Greater Bay Area Fund, managed by Gobi Partners GBA, and Transcend Capital Partners. Additionally, new investor Moses Tsang, former General Partner of Goldman Sachs Group and Chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, participated in the round, further strengthening the financial support for SleekFlow.

The primary intention behind acquiring these funds is to fuel SleekFlow’s global expansion efforts, mainly targeting Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Furthermore, part of the capital will be allocated to enhance artificial intelligence technologies, focusing on analytics, and the development of marketing workflows. An increase in communication channels, including calls and emails, is also part of the plan to enhance service delivery for a growing clientele across the globe.

Henson Tsai, the Founder and CEO of SleekFlow, expressed enthusiasm for this strategic partnership with Atinum Investment. He noted, “We are excited to have Atinum Investment as a strategic partner on the next stage of our expansion, along with investors with whom we have established connections.” Tsai highlighted the company’s ambition to revise its technological infrastructure to align with market demands and user needs.

Since the appointment of Chief Technology Officer Gao Lei, who has a profound background as a Silicon Valley veteran, SleekFlow’s engineering efforts have significantly ramped up. Tsai emphasized that Gao is pivotal in planning and implementing transformative strategies for SleekFlow’s technology stack and system support. “We are more ambitious than ever, with offerings underway for fully automated sales and support journeys in voice, calls, and emails, to deliver unparalleled value to our customers across industries like insurance, healthcare, telecom, service, and retail,” Tsai stated.

The conversational AI market projects remarkable growth, expanding from USD $13.2 billion in 2024 to USD $49.9 billion by 2030, as reported by Yahoo Finance. This compelling growth trajectory positions SleekFlow as a potential leader in customer engagement solutions. By integrating conversations, product catalogues, payment solutions, and order management into an all-in-one platform, SleekFlow assists businesses in effectively engaging with their customers.

SleekFlow’s client portfolio includes esteemed brands such as Delonghi, Hilton Dubai, L’Occitane, Shangri-La, Hong Kong Broadband Network, Cellini, Khind, TOTO, 7-Eleven, Kimberly Clark, Awfully Chocolate, and Audi. These organizations have benefited significantly from SleekFlow’s robust offerings, enhancing operational efficiencies via its omnichannel capabilities.

Peter Na, Atinum Investment’s Regional Head of the Singapore Office and Director, commented on SleekFlow’s capacity to address the evolving needs of enterprise clients. “Being at the forefront of the rapidly expanding global customer engagement market, SleekFlow’s localised approaches have extended its reach beyond Asia into new markets in the Middle East and South America. We are fully committed to supporting its ongoing global expansion and are excited about the opportunities ahead,” Na remarked.

Following its previous successful funding round of USD $8 million in 2022, SleekFlow is now poised to pursue Series B funding within the next year, aiming to further strengthen its foothold in the global technology landscape.

As businesses increasingly recognize the importance of seamless communication and customer engagement, SleekFlow stands out as a prime example of how investment in technology can lead to substantial growth and innovation in a competitive market. With significant funding and a clear strategy for expansion, SleekFlow is set to cement its position as a leader in the conversational AI space.
